After a "once-in-a-lifetime" experience at the Rose Bowl, 2014 Upland (Calif.) wide receiver Jeff Farrar intends to commit to the Bruins...

2014 Upland (Calif.) wide receiver, Jeffery Farrar, was one of many recruits on hand for UCLA's impressive victory over in-state rival, USC, on Saturday afternoon.

"My experience today was tremendous," Farrar raved Saturday. "It honestly was a once-in-a-lifetime experience."

The vibe Farrar felt at the Rose Bowl was so powerful that the junior standout indicated he told the UCLA coaches he wants to commit, if the UCLA coaches are prepared to take his commitment.

"I've always had my eye on UCLA," he tells FOX Sports NEXT. "After this big win, I knew I wanted to be a part of that."

Farrar told UCLA assistant coach Demetrice Martin his intention to commit, and he said the coach was excited about it.

Farrar talked about a number of factors that contributed to his desire to join the Bruin family.

"The academics are amazing," he explains. "They're slowly rebuilding the campus. All of my family and friends can see me play. The fans are supportive and pack the stadium. It's just a really good look."
