California Lineman Enjoys Visit at ASU

Prior to his visit to the Sun Devils, Adam Tello was listed as a soft commitment to Colorado. Did his trip to ASU change his mind?

"It was a good visit," said the 6-4 290 Adam Tello. I liked it a lot. It's a big city, I like the school and the stadium and all the facilities." The Norco (Calif.) offensive lineman was recruited under former ASU coach Dirk Koetter, and the new Sun Devil regime has made him a recruiting priority as well.

Tello is listed as a soft commit to Colorado, and following his trip to Tempe that status remains the same. "I'm still committed to Colorado," he said, "but I haven't made a final decision – we'll see what happens. I like Colorado and Arizona State the same."

The offensive lineman has a three-star ranking and he's rankled as the 35th best offensive guard in the country by Scout.com. The Cougars were 12-2 on the year and won the C.I.F championship of their division.
