Guthrie Coming Into His Own This Spring

In 2005 there was a buzz in Tempe when it was announced that University of Florida Tight End Dane Guthrie will transfer to the Sun Devils. Unfortunately after sitting out that season, the tight end didn't show much on the field in 2006 and the excitement started fading quickly. These days the Miami, Fla. native is experiencing a rebirth and he credits that to one specific factor.

"Everything is great right now," said the 6-3 267 Dane Guthrie who ran with the first team in Thursday's practice. "I have a different position coach and the different coaching style definitely helps.
