When you’re a mid-year prospect who can enroll in the spring, mid-December is definitely a time when options have to be narrowed. Klein Forest (Tex.) standout Kendrick Payne is doing exactly that. The defensive tackle just visited Arizona State this past weekend, and will trip to one of its conference foes next month.
