Denver (Co.) South wide receiver Jevon Reynolds headed to Cali…
Reynolds narrowing down his list
The 6-1 185 Jevon Reynolds will visit Arizona State on the 16th and Kansas State a week later. Colorado, Wyoming and Colorado are the three other programs that have offered the wide receiver, and he took an unofficial visit to the later school. "I might end up visiting Colorado State officially too," said Reynolds. The Sun Devils have been pursuing Reynolds for several months now, and while he did visit Tempe (but not ASU) previously, he was very much looking forward to his official trip next week. "They're a good team that plays in a good conference like the Pac-10," said Reynolds who's being recruited by ASU's recruiting coordinator and safeties coach Matt Lubick. "I really like their offense and how the air it out a lot and get the wide receivers involved. They got a really good quarterback from Montana too (Brock Osweiler)." Denver South finished the year at 4-6. Reynolds paced the Rebels in receiving with 38 catches for 639 yards and eight touchdowns. He also rushed for 230 yards and two touchdowns, and also had one special teams score. Reynolds averaged 18.6 yds per punt return, and 13 yds per kick return. "I got good hands and good speed," said Reynolds of his skills. "I just need to bulk up and I know that's what I'll be doing when I go to college." Reynolds said that he doesn't favor one school over the other, and added "I'm probably gonna make my decision after I take both of my visits and see what both schools have to offer."
